Job Summary
Utilizes the nursing process to identify and achieve patient goals through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Assesses various factors affecting patient health to develop comprehensive nursing care plans. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient health and well-being. Teaches patients and caregivers in health care and disease management, adapting to their educational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Unencumbered current Registered Nurse license in the state where the HomeCare agency is located or compact state
- Minimum one (1) year experience as a RN / professional nurse
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home care is desirable
