Job Summary
Caris Healthcare seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive patient care and nursing care plans as per physician orders. The role includes monitoring patient symptoms, collaborating with families and healthcare teams to create individualized care plans, serving as a patient advocate, supervising nursing aides, and participating in an on-call rotation. Candidates must be a licensed RN in the state of operation with nursing experience, preferably in hospice or home health care.
