Job Summary
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on client admissions, assess nursing implications of medical data, and monitor acute and chronic conditions. Administer medications, verify counts, and educate clients on side effects while ensuring accurate medication logbooks. Complete required trainings, maintain certifications, and participate in internal training with community partners. Ensure client information remains confidential and compliant with privacy policies. This role supports residents at the Southeast Regional Crisis Center in Rochester, MN, aligning with the organization's mission to restore hope for families through mental health services.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Valid Registered Nurse License
- 1 + year related nursing experience
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid driver's license
- Must meet state regulating agency and Home Office driving requirements
- Must successfully pass a DHS criminal background check
- Must be open to meeting the cultural needs of individuals or communities, considering factors such as language, traditions, and values
