Job Summary
Coordinate care for residents in assisted living and memory care while performing RN responsibilities in accordance with state and federal laws. Assist with training, onboarding, and coaching team members on delegated tasks, and communicate respectfully with residents, families, and staff. Support quality care and data collection initiatives while championing hospitality in customer service interactions. Requires a current RN license in good standing within the community's state. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $85,000 based on experience.
