Job Summary
Assess physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families to develop comprehensive nursing care plans. Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, evaluate progress, and execute discharge planning. Participate in the interdisciplinary team for rehabilitation goal assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Ensure medical record documents are complete, factual, accurate, and timely. This new graduate role includes a structured 10-13 week orientation program with a dedicated preceptor. Select Specialty Hospital Tulsa offers a $15,000 sign-on bonus, a company-paid BSN scholarship, and clinical ladder certifications. Applicants must hold a valid state RN license upon start date and possess BLS certification.
