Registered Nurse (RN)- New Graduate/ Nurse Resident

Conduct safe, age-appropriate patient care and function as an advisor for patients and families across Emergency Department, ICU, ICU Step Down, Progressive Care, Stroke Medical, and Surgical Orthopedic units. Provide individualized orientation and internships while participating in classes, case presentations, and clinical skills training under the support of clinical coaches and life coaches. Navigate the clinical landscape with preceptors and maintain work-life balance as a new graduate or nurse resident. Requires a Maryland RN license, American Heart Association CPR certification, and less than one year of experience. Full-time day or night shifts available with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000.
