Job Summary
Collaborate with physicians and a dedicated preceptor to implement assessment plans, evaluate patient progress, and develop comprehensive nursing care plans including problem identification, diagnoses, orders, interventions, and discharge planning. Conduct ongoing systematic assessments of physical, emotional, social, educational, and functional needs of patients and families. Interpret assessment data to formulate nursing orders and goals while ensuring medical record documentation remains complete, factual, accurate, and timely. Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals. Maintain a valid RN license prior to the July 2026 start date and complete the required 10-13-week structured orientation program.
Required Qualifications
- Valid State RN License required
- Graduate of accredited program for registered nursing
- BLS required at hire
- Must have flexibility of scheduling to complete the requirements of the program
