Registered Nurse (RN) - New Graduate FT Nights

Collaborate with physicians and preceptors to implement assessment plans, evaluate patient progress, and develop nursing care plans addressing physical, emotional, and functional needs. Interpret assessment data to establish problem identification, nursing diagnoses, and discharge planning while ensuring medical records remain complete and accurate. Participate actively in the interdisciplinary team for assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of rehabilitation goals for patients with brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and neurological disorders. Full-time night shift (7:00pm–7:30am) in Ozark, Missouri; valid RN license required upon start date.
