Job Summary
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate interventions on the 18-bed Medical Surgical Unit while communicating effectively with patients, families, and team members. Manage time and prioritize care in a fast-paced environment using the evidence-based Nurse Residency Program, which includes a 12-month structured curriculum with clinical competence, culture transition, and leadership development phases. Receive dedicated one-on-one preceptor support and complete a capstone project focused on evidence-based practice. Full-time 3x12 hour day shifts with a $20,000 commitment-incentive bonus.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited nursing school
- RN Licensure
- BCLS
