Registered Nurse (RN), New Grad, Medical ICU, Night Shift, Full-Time

Provide patient care in the Medical ICU, Emergency Department, Cardiac Telemetry, or Medical-Surgical units as part of the float pool. Coordinate care across departments while maintaining professional accountability and adhering to the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model and state Nurse Practice Act. Rotate shifts including nights and weekends with a 36-hour work week. Earn up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, $7.50/hour ICU differential, and up to $20,000 student loan forgiveness. Requires active RN license in Missouri or compact license with one year experience preferred.
