Registered Nurse (RN), New Grad, Medical ICU, Night Shift, Full-Time

Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Professional Practice Model while maintaining accountability for assigned patients. Coordinate care across departments and function within the scope of nursing preparation, the State Nurse Practice Act, and Mercy Service Standards. Rotate through the Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Telemetry, and Medical-Surgical units as part of the float pool. Requires an active RN license in Missouri or compact, one year of experience preferred, and full-time night shift commitment of 36 hours weekly.
