Job Summary
Provides planning and delivery of direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process (Assessment, Planning, Intervention, and Evaluation). Develops nursing care plans in coordination with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary staff. Communicates changes in patient condition with Physicians, Nursing Supervisor/Manager, and co-workers as appropriate. Participates in discharge planning. Minimum qualifications include active RN licensure and BLS certification. Ideal candidate has inpatient rehabilitation experience and strong communication, organizational, time-management, and analytical skills. Required Qualifications
- Current state licensure as an Registered Nurse
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association and/or American Red Cross is required
