Registered Nurse (RN)- New Bedford

Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health in New Bedford, MA. Role involves collecting patient medical histories and assessing physical health, educating patients and families on nursing services and care plans, providing skilled nursing care per care plans and HIPAA, evaluating and adjusting nursing interventions, submitting patient notes, coordinating additional services (LPN, HHA, Personal Care Attendant), arranging referrals for therapies, and supervising/supporting LPNs, HHAs, and Personal Care Attendants. Compensation is paid per visit starting at $38/visit with full-time or part-time opportunities, mileage reimbursement, PTO, referral bonuses, merit increases, and full benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) match after 1 year. Requires valid RN license, TB test within 12 months, CPR certification, recent physical exam, valid driver’s license, and ability to attend orientation at Taunton office. Experience with OASIS and WellSky (Kinser) is preferred.
