Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurology

Assess, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient responses to health problems using the nursing process under provider direction. Provide office-based nursing care by triaging telephone calls, initiating appropriate interventions, and formulating nursing plans of care to ensure continuity. Demonstrate independent nursing actions while assisting patients and families with empathy, respecting confidentiality and privacy. Travel to Cheshire for training and coverage purposes. Requires current Connecticut RN license, with preferred experience in medical/surgical office settings, medical software proficiency, and Spanish bilingualism.
