Registered Nurse (RN) - Neurology

Provide skilled nursing care to patients in office-based clinical settings under provider direction. Assess physical and psychosocial needs, formulate nursing plans of care, and demonstrate independent nursing actions based on problem identification. Triage telephone calls and initiate appropriate nursing interventions while assisting patients and families with empathy and confidentiality. Travel to Cheshire for training and coverage purposes. Requires current Connecticut RN license with preferred experience in medical/surgical office settings and medical software proficiency.
