Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities for patients on the Neuro Med Surg unit in accordance with HHS standards. Demonstrate knowledge of patient age-specific needs, growth and development principles, and interpret data to identify requirements relative to the assigned population. Develop, modify, and implement the plan of care while adhering to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and hospital policies. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, a valid Oklahoma or Multistate RN license, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. This day shift, full-time role at Hillcrest Medical Center in Tulsa, OK supports a 656-bed facility including specialized centers for burns, women's health, rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current valid OK or Multistate RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
