Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, evaluate, and document care activities for patients on the Neuro Med Surg unit in accordance with HHS standards. Demonstrate knowledge of patient age-specific needs and principles of growth and development to interpret data and modify the plan of care. Adhere to the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act and provide efficient, effective, and quality patient care. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, current valid RN license, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. This day shift, full-time role is at Hillcrest Medical Center, a 656-bed facility featuring specialized centers for burn care, women's health, rehabilitation, cancer treatment, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN)
- Current valid OK or Multistate RN License
- BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care
