Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in Neuro Med/Surg delivers individualized high-quality patient care within an interdisciplinary team, utilizing evidence-based practice, nursing process, and goal-focused care. Responsibilities include coordinating care, engaging patients and families, ensuring documentation and communication across team, participating in performance improvement, serving as a preceptor/mentor, and upholding organizational policies and standards. Requires active RN license, BLS, and a minimum of 5 years of direct patient-care experience; shift is Day at a Wellstar facility located in Belvedere, SC. The role emphasizes teamwork, critical thinking, time management, and adherence to nursing ethics and professional practice models.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma, Nursing or Bachelors Nursing-Preferred
- RN - Licensed Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - Multi-state
- BLS - Basic Life Support or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years RN experience
- English language proficiency
