Registered Nurse (RN) Nephrology Oncology

Accurately perform patient assessments, identify needs, and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for adult medical-surgical patients in a 17-bed nephrology/oncology unit. Provide condition-appropriate care, perform timely documentation, and complete revisions of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan. Conduct QI assessments and maintain accurate medical records. This role requires a current state RN license with Basic Life Support certification within 30 days, ACLS and PALS within six months, and one year of experience preferred. Work 12-hour shifts with self-scheduling and every-other-weekend rotation.
