Registered Nurse RN Neonatal ICU

Registered Nurse in the Neonatal ICU providing care for high-risk newborns in Banner Thunderbird’s Level III NICU. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, formulating and implementing a care plan with discharge planning, coordinating and supervising the nursing team, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary staff to ensure safe, evidence-based care. Duties also cover accurate documentation, adherence to policies and standards, participating in teaching/mentoring, and contributing to quality outcomes. This is a full-time night shift position from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, with an 18% night shift differential and weekend differential where applicable. A self-scheduling tool is available for shift and weekend coverage. New graduates may search for RN New Grad openings, while experienced nurses should demonstrate clinical performance competencies and prior NICU experience as applicable.
