Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policy, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, educating families, and communicating pertinent information while prioritizing actions based on patient needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and foster growth through mentorship and shared governance. Work full-time nights, 36 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
