Registered Nurse (RN) - Neonatal ICU Augusta

Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to promote short and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain documentation of assessments and incidents. Listen to patient and family concerns, serve as an educational resource, and communicate necessary information to providers while prioritizing actions based on patient needs. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses and certifications, and foster growth through mentorship and shared governance. Work full-time nights, 36 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
