Job Summary
Deliver patient care and provide teaching through the nursing process for patients of all age groups. Direct and guide the activities of other nursing personnel while maintaining professional standards and established policies. Assist in the provision of care within the NCH Child Nursing Float Pool at St. Vincent Medical Center. Requires current Ohio RN licensure, BLS certification, and an accredited degree. Schedule includes 36 weekly hours on nights with weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation.
Required Qualifications
- Current Ohio RN licensure
- BLS certification
- Graduate of an accredited college/university or institution
- Weekend, holiday and on-call rotation
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrates knowledge and skill in nursing theory and practice of the nursing process
