Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment, as well as the written plan of care. Follow and implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager, perform medication administration and treatments, and monitor and assess residents' conditions by promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members. Maintain accurate, timely, and complete documentation in accordance with physician orders, facility policies, and regulatory standards while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and high-quality resident care. Ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Full-time role at Nashua Post Acute with $40-$55 hourly pay and $6,000 sign-on bonus.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of New Hampshire
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
