Job Summary
RN opportunity in MUSC's Florence-based Mobile Float Pool (PRN). Provides nursing care through the full nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation), leads and collaborates with multidisciplinary team, and delivers patient/family-centered care while adhering to standards of care, infection control, privacy, and professional governance. Responsibilities include identifying clinical priorities, coordinating care, supporting patient education, and practicing autonomously within a professional practice model. Requires an Associate's Degree and at least one year of RN experience, SC RN licensure (or compact state), and current BLS certification. The role emphasizes leadership, clinical excellence, and flexible PRN scheduling in a hospital setting.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of RN work experience
- Current RN licensure by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- Current American Heart Association BLS (Healthcare Providers) or American Red Cross BLS
