Job Summary
Provides nursing care to patients using the nursing process; leads and collaborates with the multidisciplinary team to deliver age-appropriate care; coordinates care and applies care management principles to improve patient outcomes; maintains a safe, professional environment and participates in shared governance and professional development; requires valid RN licensure in SC (or compact state) and BLS certification; scheduled 36 hours/week, 7a-7p, every other weekend, with potential for growth and involvement in patient and family education.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree
- minimum of one year of work experience as a registered nurse
- Licensure as a registered nurse by the South Carolina Board of Nursing or a compact state
- American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification
