Job Summary
Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the team to develop effective plans of care for patients with complex diagnoses. Establish measurable short- and long-term goals, administer medications per physician orders, and delegate tasks while supervising staff implementation. Communicate patient information across shifts and between disciplines to ensure continuity. Work full-time shifts including 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM, or the Weekend Warrior program from 7 AM to 7 PM Friday through Sunday. Requires current RN licensure and CPR certification. Required Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing
