Job Summary
Provide resident care in accordance with acceptable standards of nursing practice and the physician's plan of treatment. Implement care plans developed by the Nurse Manager and perform medication administration and treatments as directed. Monitor and assess residents' conditions, promptly reporting changes to appropriate clinical team members, while maintaining accurate, timely, and complete documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and ensure compliance with infection control protocols, safety standards, and nursing regulations. Requires a current, unencumbered active RN license in MA, BLS certification, and ability to manage multiple residents in a fast-paced environment. Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities available at this 84-bed Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care facility.
Required Qualifications
- A current, unencumbered active license to practice as an RN in the state of MA
- Valid BLS Certification (CPR)
- Ability to manage care for multiple residents simultaneously in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and documentation skills
