Registered Nurse (RN) Mobile & Flexible (Parkridge)

Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate RN nursing care to residents in skilled nursing settings and travel between Care Initiatives communities to cover open shifts. Administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, collaborate with CNA/LPN/provider and other team members, communicate with residents and families about care needs, and document care to meet regulatory standards. Maintain infection control and safety protocols while supporting daily clinical operations across units; flexible scheduling with facility- and shift-selection, with a minimum commitment of 16 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience
- Ability to travel between multiple communities within the region
- Must live within reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
