Registered Nurse (RN) Mobile & Flexible (Kingsley)

Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in skilled nursing environments while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring resident safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members including CNAs, LPNs, and providers to promote high-quality care, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet regulatory standards. Follow infection control and safety protocols at all times. Maintain an active Iowa RN license with 12 months of verifiable experience and CPR certification. Travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region, requiring you to live in a reasonable driving distance from facilities. Select shifts that fit your schedule with a minimum of 16 hours per month.
