Job Summary
As an RN with AffiniCare, you’ll provide direct nursing care in skilled nursing environments, traveling between Care Initiatives communities within your region to support open shifts. You’ll administer medications and treatments, monitor resident status, collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and other team members to ensure high-quality care, document care in compliance with standards, and uphold infection control and safety protocols. A valid Iowa RN license and CPR certification are required, along with 12 months of RN experience and the ability to travel locally; a flexible schedule and the option to work in multiple facilities within the area are offered.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
