Job Summary
Registered Nurse (RN) mobile & flexible role with AffiniCare at Stratford Specialty Care (Stratford, IA). Pick preferred shifts across multiple Care Initiatives locations within the region, delivering direct nursing care, medication administration, documentation, infection control, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure resident safety and high-quality care. Travel between communities is required; flexible scheduling is available with a minimum of 16 hours per month. Active Iowa RN license and CPR, plus at least 12 months of RN experience, are required.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable experience working as an RN
- The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
