Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment. Travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region to assist with open shifts, selecting facilities and shifts that best fit your schedule. Collaborate with CNAs, LPNs, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care. Administer medications and treatments accurately and on time; monitor resident conditions and respond to changes in status. Maintain documentation to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards; follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols. Requires active Iowa RN license and CPR certification, with 12 months RN experience and ability to travel between communities; flexible scheduling options including full-time or part-time hours.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable experience working as an RN
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
