Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment, support unit operations, administer medications and treatments accurately and on time, monitor resident conditions, collaborate with CNA/LPN/provider and other interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality care, communicate with residents and families, document care to meet regulatory standards, and follow infection control and safety protocols. Requires active Iowa RN license, CPR, 12 months RN experience, and ability to travel between Care Initiatives communities with flexible scheduling options.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within the region
- Must live within reasonable driving distance to Care Initiatives communities
