Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in skilled nursing environments while supporting daily clinical operations and ensuring resident safety. Administer medications and treatments accurately, monitor resident conditions, and respond promptly to status changes. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, communicate effectively with families, and document care to meet clinical and regulatory standards. Follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times. Maintain an active Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and twelve months of verifiable experience. Travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region, with a minimum requirement of 16 hours per month.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable experience working as an RN
- The ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
- Must live in a reasonable driving distance from Care Initiatives communities
