Job Summary
Mobile & Flexible RN position providing direct nursing care in skilled nursing environments with a flexible schedule; travel between Care Initiatives communities to cover open shifts; administer medications and treatments, monitor resident conditions, collaborate with CNA/LPN/provider and other team members, document care, and maintain infection control and regulatory compliance; opportunity to choose facilities/shifts with minimum 16 hours per month and benefits; must live within reasonable driving distance.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable experience as an RN
- Ability to travel between multiple Care Initiatives communities within your region
