Job Summary
Provide direct, compassionate nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing environment across Care Initiatives locations; administer medications and treatments accurately and on time; monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in status; collaborate with CNA, LPN, provider, and other interdisciplinary team members to promote teamwork and high-quality care; communicate effectively with residents and families regarding care needs; document care accurately to meet clinical, regulatory, and facility standards; follow infection control, safety, and compliance protocols at all times; operate with a flexible schedule to travel between multiple communities; active Iowa RN license and CPR certification required; minimum 12 months RN experience; ability to travel within the region and live within driving distance to Care Initiatives communities; benefits include competitive pay, 403(b), and other employee perks; minimum of 16 hours per month scheduling requirement; digital wallet pay option.
Required Qualifications
- Active Iowa RN license
- Active CPR certification
- Twelve (12) months of verifiable RN experience
