Job Summary
Coordinate and perform hands-on acute patient care at the bedside within the Ministry Float Pool, applying clinical knowledge across 13 hospitals in Illinois and Wisconsin. Provide patient-focused, mission-driven nursing support while rotating through various community-based health centers and clinics. Maintain Illinois or Wisconsin RN licensure, hold Basic Life Support certification, and possess at least two years of relevant clinical experience. Work nights from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am as a full-time role with a $10/hour in-house float differential.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma or Associates degree in nursing
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Illinois
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Wisconsin
- Basic Life Support (BLS)
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in nursing
- 2 year of relevant clinical experience as a Registered Nurse in specialty area
- Certification in area of specialty
