Job Summary
Interventional Radiology RN providing pre-op, intra-op and post-op patient care for imaging-guided procedures (angioplasty, thrombectomy, embolization). Part-time PRN role in Saint Augustine, FL with potential to grow to full-time. Responsibilities include reviewing patient history, obtaining consent, starting IV lines, assisting the radiologist, monitoring vitals, providing sedation/analgesia, maintaining sterile field, and delivering post-procedure instructions. Skills: strong critical thinking, knowledge of radiologic procedures/equipment, sedation/airway management, emergency response, and excellent patient education.
Required Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
