Registered Nurse, RN

Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the team, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care. Establish measurable short- and long-term patient goals with interventions to minimize rehospitalizations. Administer medications and treatments per physician orders while delegating responsibilities to staff and supervising their implementation. Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts. You will provide care for patients with complex diagnoses, enhancing your knowledge across many different areas.
