Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while delivering care plans with independent judgment. Prioritize daily patient flow, coordinate optimum care, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and compliance incidents. Serve as a patient advocate by listening to concerns, educating families, and communicating critical information to providers. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to shared governance councils, and mentor other nurses through preceptorship. Uphold confidentiality and safety standards while supporting recruitment efforts. Full-time night shift (36 hours/week) with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available.
