Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions while assisting with care plans to promote short- and long-term outcomes. Collaborate with the care team to coordinate daily patient flow, deliver safe care according to policies, and maintain accurate documentation of assessments and incidents. Prioritize actions based on patient needs, listen to concerns, and serve as an educational resource for patients and families. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, maintain professional licenses, and foster growth through mentorship and shared governance. Work part-time nights (24 hours per week) at Wellstar MCG Health Medical Center in Augusta, GA.
