Registered Nurse (RN) in Full Time Days at Methodist South SDS/PACU. Responsible for delivering and coordinating nursing care within a multidisciplinary team using the nursing process to ensure high-quality patient care. Provides patient- and family-centered support, prioritizes patient safety, educates patients and families on care plans and self-care, and collaborates with healthcare professionals to develop and adjust individualized care plans. Requires an Associate Degree in Nursing, Tennessee RN license, and BLS; 0-1 years of clinical nursing experience is expected, with preferred BSN. The role emphasizes compassionate, evidence-based care, professional conduct, and adherence to MLH mission and values. Location: Methodist South Hospital, United States (Memphis, TN area). Supervises and delegates as appropriate within the nursing team and supports ongoing patient education and advocacy throughout the patient care continuum.
