Registered Nurse (RN)- MedSurg-Nights

Formulate and evaluate individualized care plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate resources for patient care and ensure discharge readiness. Collect and document health data, identify variances in patient outcomes, and utilize read-back and escalation procedures appropriately. Support infection prevention and fall reduction through frequent rounding and evidence-based interventions. Provide comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care using the nursing process in high-acuity populations. Work nights with a current Maryland RN license and BLS certification.
