Job Summary
Performs the Nursing Process (assessment; diagnosis; identification of outcomes; planning; implementation and evaluation) in the performance of clinical care using evidence-based practice, with patient-centered, individualized care; coordinates care through effective partnerships and interdisciplinary rounds; works to promote safe, high-quality patient care; serves as a preceptor/mentor for other nurses; participates in performance improvement, research, and policy adherence; demonstrates teamwork, communication, and evidence-based practice to support nursing care in MedSurg float assignments. Requires licensure as an RN, BSN preferred, and BLS certification; night, part-time shift in Georgia.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited/approved school of nursing
- RN license (Single State)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Bachelor's Degree/Baccalaureate degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing (Preferred)
