Registered Nurse (RN) - MedSurg/Burn @ Cobb Hospital

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation using evidence-based practice to ensure individualized, safe patient care. Coordinate interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews while documenting care timely. Partner with patients and families for bedside teaching and goal-focused care plans. Mentor preceptors and staff, lead performance improvement initiatives, and participate in shared governance activities. Develop protocols to reduce readmissions and adverse events while upholding Wellstar policies and American Nurses Association standards. Complete mandatory education and competency assessments. Full-time day shift required; associates degree or preferred bachelor's degree with RN license and BLS certification.
