Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse in MedSurg/Burn at Cobb Hospital on Night shift. Provides patient-centered care using the Nursing Process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, evaluation) with evidence-based practice; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team; ensures safe, high-quality care; supports performance improvement and protocol development; serves as a preceptor/mentor for staff and students; adheres to policies and standards including the Wellstar Professional Practice Model and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics; holds required nursing licenses and certifications (RN, BLS) and participates in continuing education; sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available for qualified candidates.
