Job Summary
RN Clinical Nurse is a proactive member of an interdisciplinary team delivering high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical environment. The role supports the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based practice, and the voice of the patient within the Wellstar Shared Governance framework. Licensure must align with the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, and practice standards set by the American Nurses Association. The position involves upholding service-excellence goals and contributing to a compassionate patient experience in the MedSurg/Acute Care setting, with affiliation to Wellstar and locations in Woodstock, GA.
Required Qualifications
- Associates Nursing or Diploma (Nurse) Nursing
- RN - Reg Nurse (Single State) or RN-COMPACT - RN - Multi-state Compact
- BLS - Basic Life Support or ARC-BLS - Amer Red Cross Basic Life Support or BLS-I - Basic Life Support - Instructor
- Less than 1 year Completion of accredited/ approved school of nursing with requisition clinical hours
- Direct patient care experience Preferred (listed as preferred but contextual)
