Registered Nurse (RN)-MedSurg Acute Care-Neuro Telemetry-FT Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in MedSurg Acute Care and Neuro Telemetry units. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while coordinating interdisciplinary communication through rounds and case reviews. Document care timely and participate in shared governance activities, performance improvement initiatives, and evidence-based practice projects. Mentor staff and students to support workforce development and model professional nursing standards. Adhere to Georgia Nurse Practice Act, American Nurses Association ethics, and Wellstar safety absolutes. Night shift with 20K bonus for eligible candidates.
