Registered Nurse (RN)-MedSurg Acute Care-Neuro Telemetry-FT Nights

Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation for patients in neuro telemetry acute care. Provide relationship-based, patient-centered care while coordinating interdisciplinary rounds and documentation to ensure safe, high-quality outcomes. Partner with patients and families to set goals and participate in performance improvement activities, protocol development, and shared governance initiatives. Complete all mandatory education, competency assessments, and precepting responsibilities. Work night shifts as a proactive member of the Wellstar interdisciplinary team.
